Quarterly Membership (Previously called our monthly membership)- Thirteen Week Terms

-Students will receive 12 weekly private lessons; these students are given priority scheduling. 
-Students are guaranteed two make-up lessons during the 13-week term. 
-After a student has used their two make-ups, lesson make-ups will not be guaranteed (extenuating circumstances may apply). 

-Make-up lessons are scheduled at the instructor's discretion/availability; these lessons can take place throughout the term, but the 13th week of the term is reserved for make-up lessons. 

During the 13th week, no other regular private lessons happen unless students schedule a-la-carte lessons. This week can also be used to make up lessons that the instructor canceled. All lessons canceled by an instructor must be made up or have sub coverage. Financial credits will not be issued moving forward unless in an extenuating circumstance.

13-week session Quarterly Membership cost- (12 lessons) PRICING

-30 minutes per week ($32/lesson)- $384

If paid in full, families receive a 5% discount ($364.80) or paid in 3 installments of $128 billed on the first of each month.

-45 mins per week ($48/lesson)- $576

If paid in full, families receive a 5% discount ($547.20) or paid in 3 installments of $192 billed on the first of each month.

-60 mins per week ($60/lesson)- $720

If paid in full for the term, families receive a 5% discount ($684) or paid in 3 installments of $240 billed on the first of each month.

      Billed on May 1, June 1, and July 1

Fall Term July 31- October 29th

      Billed on August 1, September 1, and October 1

Winter Term October 30- January 28th

      Billed on November 1, December 1, and January 1

Spring Term January 29th-April 28th

      Billed on February 1, March 1, and April 1

Quarterly Private Membership:

Auto-pay is a requirement and we will be gathering payment information from those who have not saved their payment preference in the parent portal.

Moving forward, if payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a 10% late fee will be issued to the account. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a hold will be placed on the student's account.

If you wish to pay in a mode other than auto-pay, payment must be received BEFORE the 1st of the month, however, we are still required to have a card on file.

A La Carte:

Payment will be collected at the time of lesson by a RP/CCSA staff member (you may also keep a card on file for us to charge more easily, or bring cash or check).
