Thursdays 7:30-8:30PM

This class is open to ages 12+

This dance class helps dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

Mondays 5:00-6:30PM

This class is open to ages 12+ 

This dance class helps students develop strength, balance, coordination, and other skills that are the foundation of many other dance forms with a combination of barre and floor work.

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30AM

This class is a low-impact, dance-inspired workout class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga.

Childcare: There is Preschool Dance & Tumbling class, for children ages 2-6 in the studio next door. When an adult registers for Barre & Fitness, their child will receive a 10% discount on the Preschool class.
